We do not accept returns or issue refunds for paperback books once the order has been placed and shipped.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue, and we will consider a one-time replacement at our discretion.

E-Books:
Due to the digital nature of e-books, no refunds or returns will be granted under any circumstances once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their device or reader before purchasing.

Audiobooks:
All audiobook sales are non-refundable and non-returnable once the download link has been accessed.

We do not offer refunds for accidental purchases, download issues due to customer error, or dissatisfaction with content.
